Another year has gone by. What have we been up to at Balance Cape Town?
For many small business owners, 2022 came with a little celebration and much trepidation about what it would bring us. Our team at Balance Cape Town shared these fears: Would we be able to overcome almost two years of greatly reduced incomes, the heartbreaking loss of family and friends, and the general hopelessness in our country?
We realised that a new year does not bring success, positivity, or happiness – you do! Therefore, our team tackled this year with increased passion, more energy, and a sincere desire to make a difference. We worked hard, hand in hand with our various suppliers and distributors, determined to see this year through with fervor and dedication.
And we did it!
However, we only managed thanks to everyone who purchased from us during 2022, our highly valued distributors who spread the brand, the fans who shared their powerful stories on social media, those excited newbies who joined our team of entrepreneurs, and the strangers who welcomed us into their homes during our annual roadshow. We also need to highlight our suppliers – from those providing tissue paper, labels, boxes, and bottles to financial assistance, graphic design, and web support. Without you, we could not have reached our targets. And we did not only reach them – we exceeded them!
